Is there an IRC channel, official or unofficial, where the HLPers hang out?  If not, WHY THE HELL??!!  

Forums are fine for big things, like news reports and general discussion.  It is however inadequate for quick one-liners and instant responses.  How else would I be able to carry on a real conversation Bla bla bla bla...

I visited that channel some time ago, no offence, but there is little activity there.
