well, teaser 2 has been up for a couple weeks, not a month or more though
I have just been too lazy/busy to post about it
As for the explosions, yeah I could, and I do quite often, but I was going for a very short render time ont he entire project, as well as a cartoonish style, more evolved then wc1 & 2, but not full on Production quality.
There is a slightly higher quality trailer being released soon for a different project, that has a more production feel to it.
And at the moment I am working on a big production that has film quality production.
But I can't say much about that
The point is, jst cause you can do something, doesn't mean you should or have to.
There are a lot of looks and styles, and the idea is to be able to compose the idea and feeling you want.
For instance, there is very little character work in The Long Cold winter. It is mostly just a really big action peice, with some cockpit scenes. Basically a 15 minute battle, with a couple minutes of plot devices at either end.
it won't be any worse for it though, a lot of time was put into the script and story etc.
It will be a nie ride when it is done
