Help with the media vp's, well in my recent installation i use the 3.6.5 build, but i can't make my FS2 show me the glowpoint and shine maps, also othe some things i the vp's, i put the mv_core, mv_effects and mv_models in the main folder and didn't work, i enable the options in the launcher but don't work

What options have you enabled?

I have this enabled: C:\Freespace 2\FS2\fs2_open_3_6_5.exe -spec -glow -pcx32 -jpgtga -pcx2dds -orbradar -3dwarp -env -alpha_env -decals -2d_poof -env

try removing -pcx2dds and -2d_poof

Well i think the glow is ready but not the shine maps @__@

let's try removing the -env param.
