Is it multi?

Anyone planning any multi capability? If so, any leagues or ladders planned? Prefereably something NOT Squad War-esque?

You should ask them.  In any case, if you want it to be mulitplay, you'll likely have to edit the missions to allow for it.  Or make some of your own.
