He can't be adopted, because she's pregnant. Unless you mean they adopted a second child, which seems kind of silly when they just had their first. Not enough episodes left.

Do they even have the medical technology to cross human and Vulcan DNA yet? As I recall, organic life on Earth is carbon-based... and Vulcan life is iron-based.

Although it wouldn't surprise me if Phlox was the one to finally figure this one out.

No, no, no... Vulcan hemoglobin is copper-based, while human is iron.  I'm pretty certain all humanoid life in ST is carbon-based.

Sheesh, [Teacher hat time...]  Ok Trip and T'pol HAD a son (forgets name).. he wasn't IN starfleet just on Enterprise (which became a generational ship). because they were out of time they cant go back to Earth and mess up teh timeline so they stayed in the Expanse until Ent shows up with archer adn company... So you see Spock was NOT the first hybrid, but only the first hybrid to officially enter Starfleet... [Removes Teacher hat...]

Any other questions?

btw I missed like almost all of last season out of protest... (sorry Manny but you still got one of B&B on board and he must die also)...

You forget your TOS. How can you possibly not think of the Horta?

Getter Robo G, none of that really matters anyway, since that Enterprise ceased to exist in this timeline when they helped save the original Enterprise.  Also, if you're referring to boycotting season 4, you've done yourself a massive disservice; I consider this to be perhaps the best Trek season out of all of the series.

Berman is just as unemployed as the rest of Enterprise's cast and crew... with no Trek projects in the works, there's no point in keeping him around, is there?

Besides, if Paramount's retirement benefits work the same way as the rest of the world's, after 18 years of working on various Trek projects in various capacities, the SOB should be getting downsized just about a year short of retirement.

No, I just misread the post by missing the word "humanoid".

Tell me about it.  Nor have I ever seen it as graceful as it was either.

Having grown up with TNG, I always looked at the Constitution as a tiny, little, old ship. Compared to the Galaxy class, it certainly is - but compared to the NX ... :nervous:

I liked the fact they stayed true to the TOS sound effects and phaser colour (although it wasn't exactly consistent anyway)

in TOS the phasers were sometimes blue, sometimes red.
