Very, very cool. One of my favorite ships.

This model is far better than the 'satis quo'.

You should've called this thread, "Satis non est satis" :p

Me likes :yes: The Satis has really good textures. I can't wait to see what it'll look like in-game (and bumpmapped :nervous: )

Throw it into the GIMP and use the magic wand to select the outside, clear it to white, invert the selection and clear it to some variant of black, maybe apply a blur filter to soften any hard edges.

You can use l33t URL hacking sk1llz to get pictures of Shivans and Terrans from the same site.

Taking the inverse of that statement, why does the Satis have floor-to-ceiling bridge windows anyway?  Windows should ALWAYS only show the upper half of whoever is inside.

Visibility -- the Satis would have great views of whatever it was trying to dock with /land on with great huge angled windows like that.


After all, why would a space ship have windows at all? :)
