Actually, this is why I havn't posted any pictures of my Hecate lately. At this point, there are a few parts of it which resemble said organs, and I really don't feel like dealing with that for now, so I'm just fixing that up. Seriously, once in a while it's funny or constructive, but not constantly.

Technically, if you're going from the original Latin (the word literally translated is "tail"), the plural is "penes," seeing as how it's a masculine third declension noun.  I always get annoyed when people use "penii;" not only is it a complete mutation of Latin grammar, but it also looks idiotic.

No, "radii" is actually grammatically correct.  "Radius" is a second declension "-ius" noun.  While the genitive singluar (basically your possessive, for those who don't know Latin) would be "radi," the nominative plural (your subject) ends in "-ii."
