I need some Addon/Extension for it, namely, something that will allow me to save object in .OBJ format (now I only have a .cob and asc)

Take a closer look of the save window.

You can scroll down the extension list. ^^

Although that won't lat you export *.obj files, you can use it to export other formats.

Use Lithunwrap or Wings3d (or one of many other free programs) to convert your models to *.obj

One more thing: How I can add texture to my object? I can find any buton.

Edit: I have Wings 3d but I strolled domw the save list (in TSpace)
and there is no format that can be import to Wings 3d so I could save it as .OJB later
