Ok, I don't know how many of you have noticed, but we have two huge ICQ databases on HLP. One is for Freespace contacts, and the other is for Freelancer contacts.

I use this resource all the time, when I know a specific person I would like to contact. Their number is listed there, as well as their online/offline status.

However, I'm sure there are many of you here in the forums that are not on this list, and may not have known this was even here.

I would like to see as many people as possible get on this list. If you aren't already, send an e-mail to  [email protected]  and get in the mix of everything!

Hmmm...need a 3rd list for us artists, so you modders can get ahold of us if you have any requests or so we can get ahold of each other if we want suggestions or technique ideas

Another general idea...I havent looked around the HLP site much...maybe it has been done :/
But I won't check and I will open my mouth and prove my ignorance if it has been done  

How about a page people can toss requests up on for characters/models/textures etc., so if people need a new project or just want to work on something different, they can go there and pick something and get it done...without having to have someone ask them...might help projects get done that otherwise might take longer..
Maybe even FMV projects so people can add FMVs to their mods?

Good god... talk about digging up an old topic!   But thats good, because you're right... there are a LOT of people not on it, and when I posted this the first time, I was hoping to recieve a better response. DC, if you want to be on, drop me a line... Also, anyone else... It's frustrating for me, when I want to get an ICQ number for an ACTIVE member of the community, and I look under the FS contacts, but they aren't listed. If you are active here, we'd really appreciate having you on the list. Thanks!

Perhaps I should clear something up... I KNOW YOU ARE NOT ON IT!  

The idea is that you either post your number here, or e-mail me, and I will put it on the list. Simply telling me that you aren't on it doesn't do a lot, but state the obvious...
