I can't believe I got positive feedback on any of my models.
If I remember correctly, KARMA also said he liked it, but I am not sure if he said it only to boost my confidence. ;)

I personally have a policy (now) of only using brand-new, self made textures.

Why the hell are these not being released as mods?!
Put this in your profile if you know someone who is fighting, has survived, or has died from an awp no scope.

if you want high poly models, i have this. its about 100000 polies. high poly multi subobject modeling is kinda fun but its totally impractical for games.  this is of course a wip.

I can no longer sit back and allow communist infiltration, communist indoctrination, communist subversion, and the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

There is an other hi-poly Hercules, which looks better than that one.

Krackers87 was working on converting Galemp's version of the RBC.  Any luck, Krackers???

There is. I picked a city name by chance and ended up at Antwerpen.

That is NOT the released model, BTW. That model is ~500k polys. Too much even for SCP. However, a reduced poly version, which looks just as good, and has far cleaner geometry and comes in at around 13k polys was released a long while back. There's, to the best of my knowledge, two people doing texturing jobs on that model. That's been for a year now. I've heard nothing since.

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill
