UV mapping guidelines:
* Use as few maps as possible
* Limit maps to 1024x1024 in size
* Maps need not be square but the length and width must both be powers of 2 (eg: 2,4,8,16,32,64,128,256,512,1024)
* We uvmapping in Lithium Unwrapper ( cut & paste into address bar

try using 3DSM do a small test first and send me the results to check. I have seen UV mapping in 3DSM pull models apart making them non-solid. Increasing their poly count and making them difficult to work with.
