Just wondering.
 Recently I've been playing a kinda match maker between the only woman I have ever had really deep feelings for and one of my friends just so they could be happy...
 I've also said to a loada my friends that if a joint endeveur of ours goes tits up, I'll take the rap for it (prob means I get expelled from 6th form but that is irrelevent).
 I'm just wondering, what lengths would other ppl go to to help a friend?

I have of friends who are assholes, and some true good friends. It really depends on which one it was...

I'd have to say that it depends on my mood. I have severe mood swings and can be all happy and nice one minute and attacking you with a television the next. But generally I'd go to any lengths to help or protect a friend as long as they deserved it. If they'd just gunned down six old ladies, ****  em but anything short of rape, murder or kidnapping and I'd do anything for them, even if they were only a casual aquiantaince.

I don't like people associated with me being made to look bad.

Actually, I'm generally a really nice person, and I'd go just about any length to really help out a friend.   Well, maybe not ANY length, but definately out of my way.

I'd help a friend any way i could, but would stop as soon as they became a drain on my resources (I.E, asked for more than 2 cigs, started abusing things without reciprocating)
