My conection is ADSL, and i have a router conected to the USB port. The IP adress is dynamic (it changes every 24 hours....or so.).

No one have banned me, yet.

So why are you trying to change your IP?

If its dynamic...then you don't have to worry anyways.  But if you REALLY wanted to be re-assigned, turn that modem off (unplug) and plug her back in.  DHCP will auto reassign the address and away you go!

if you're on adsl, just flip the switch behind your DSL modem/router/bridge/whatever off, wait a few seconds, then flip it back on. problem solved

Most likely the DHCP server will just reassign you the IP you had last time though

If it's anything like my ISP, your IP is based on your MAC address.
