I got this pack of ships from one of the websites with models. There are a nice group of Black  matte ships that look great. Are these ok to use in a mod if the proper credits are given? I would like to know "before" I start  Thanks.

Generally if you've found a released set of mods the author released them to the community for anyone to use.

It is better to double check though. Where did you get it from?

If they're the OTT ships, you'd need to talk to Nico. He's not around much any more, so your best bet would be to send him a PM - he'll see it next time he logs in then. I doubt there'll be any problem - just give him credit and I don't think he'd mind....

I thought that might be what he was on about but I don't remember any mat black ships in OTT.

Mind you it's been a while since I looked at them.

Nah, that's ok, no need to PM me. You can use them, remap them, use the mesh to change them if you want, you can do whatever you want with them, I don't care much anymore.
