Did she refuse treatment in order to carry the baby to term? It seems likely that was the case unless she was diagnosed with cancer very late.

There are many cases of malenoma cancer not being discovered before its too late.

Even I am 5x more vulnerable to it, and I really should got get myself checked out...

I know but if she refused treatment it does give the husband a very strong argument as to how he knows she would have wanted this yet it's never mentioned.

I guess it must have been a late diagnosis as the media love  that sort of thing and definately would have mentioned it otherwise.
