What the hell is koolaid?

In fact, what the hell is soda?  Soda water?  Baking soda?

Soda is the American name for the whole range of carbonated drinks (pop, some call it, or soft drinks). You know, Coke, Pepsi, Sprite etc.

Koolaid is basically branded punch.

Thanks for the description, I was kind of wondering myself.

Actually, I like fruit juice more than any carbonated drinks. I'm assuming that Kool-Aid is probably made with concentrated fruit powder with the usual collection of Flavour enhancers/cell mutaters etc?

Like Sunny Delight? (aka the Devils Watery Vomit)

I don't think koolaid has a chance against soda.  But I voted for it since every time I go to the movies I get that and a box of Whoppers. :p

Bottled waterr is, and I see ever more people choosing that over tap water. Our corporate masters are clever indeed.

I knew Kool-Aid was a drink sold in America, since it isn't sold here, that's all the knowledge I had.

And Kool-Aid man looks like Cool-Spot's Dad ;) (7-up)

Sunny Delight - Because bright orange colouring in a suspension which has the texture of wallpaper paste is good for you :P

Soda is one American name for carbonated drinks. It just depends on what part of the United States you're from. Soda is popular in the south, pop is common in the north, and for some reason people in Nashville call it coke.
