We've asked many times already, but one more time...
We need a webdesigner.
Tripod, Geocities, etc "webdesigners", please do not waste our and your time. Same goes for flash-wannabes.

We'd very much would like to have someone who have the skills to do following:

- Knows html, css and php well. If your experience is restricted to basic html, setting up few CMS's and forums, we're not looking for you.
- Can make good graphics for the website. Not a requirement per-se, we have several very talented graphics artists in the team, but if webdesigner can make required art himself/herself, the better.
- Can make a good website from ground up. I probably should also mention that we need you to stick around while making the website, and preferrably also after it's done. If you are already busy and don't have much time or much interest, you better skip this one.
- Can make a website that looks better than our current website. And I don't mean a site full of awful mediahype flash like most commercial game websites out there.
- Knows how to effectively implement more advanced functionality, such as news posting forms similar to when posting forum posts/threads.

Should we not get a webdesigner, we probably need to use a CMS  to run the website in the future. Should this become the case, finding someone who can make TBP theme for the CMS becomes a priority, if we are lucky, someone already in the staff can handle that. Seriously though, I'd really prefer an original website instead of a CMS.

I, know I am a little rusty with php and do still remember html very well. I do have backup if I get in over my head another computer nut who is a Member of MENSA.

Ok well here is the site that I currently work on for a group. Visit see if you like the setup.  http://www.explorecrossroads.com

Re: We've asked many times already, but one more time...
A colleague and I have significant free-time and may well be up for this. I'm the creative side - she's the PHP coder. I'll have a chat with her and see what we can offer.

Is this still a live request?  If I were you I would be asking for a creative web designer for the front end and then a talented backed PHP coder to do all the long term work.  The coder can fit the creative design to any use then...I've only just arrived on these forums, so forgive me if I'm missing something. :)
