Somewhat; the US has been not too harsh to critcise the Uzbek government.  IIRC it's one of the places they send terrorist suspects to be tortured.

Now they've gone and done it. Mark my words, Karimov will be deposed within a year. If there's one thing the US can't abide, it's insubordination.

Is this as funny to everyone else as it is to me?!!  It means "Get the hell out!"

The U.S. really needs to stop looking like a foreign occupying force in countries all over the world.  If the country says leave, then leave.
