I've read this forum for a while, and am currently playing Raider wars (well, not right now, but you know what I mean). I've also stuck my toes into the Fredding scene, done a few very primitive test levels and realised just how complex it is...

So I'm going to say this, for the chaps who created Raider wars.

I love, yes love what you have created, it has enthralled me, it has kept my (limited) attention span with a superb story and if I'm honest, the death of the Scillia brought a tear or two to my eyes. What faults there may be in the game for me have been overlooked as the overall story captured my imagination. This mission has been a rollercoaster ride of epic proportions in a way I've not experienced in a very long time.

To IP Andrews and Mr Fury specifically I will say this, do not distress yourself over the odd complaint (including mine), I ask you two to reconsider your desision to end work on the earth civil war and any other future works that come out of this project. What you lads have created thus far is for me the greatest pleasure (and more then a small amount of swearing through frustration - a good thing unless you live with me ;) ) Do not give it up over a handful of foolish comments made by foolish people.

Thanks for taking the time to read this!

They didn't end work on the project.  Someone may have said they won't participate in some of the upcoming projects, but that's way different.  I wouldn't even hold 'em to that. ;)

i definitely agree with the_leander. Raider Wars is easily one of the best campaigns i have played for a long time (although i haven't finished it yet :nervous: ), and i also congratulate you on the dream scenario. :)
To consider the Earth as the only populated world in infinite space is as absurd as to assert that in an entire field of millet, only one grain will grow. - Metrodorus of Chios
I wept. Mysterious forces beyond my ken had reached into my beautiful mission and energized its pilots with inhuman bomb-firing abilities. I could only imagine the GTVA warriors giving a mighty KIAAIIIIIII shout as they worked their triggers, their biceps bulging with sinew after years of Ivan Drago-esque steroid therapy and weight training. - General Battuta

I'm sure IPAndrews will appreciate that comment.
