Isn't he in the US? As with everything else, health, dental, etc are NOT coverred by the gov't. Hence why so many people here go without such treatment until it's too late.

Yep, had mine taken out last month. Those first few nights of sucking up jello and pudding and watching old war movies... now at least I respect older people more. :D
Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!

I had one pulled... hey, I got some quality laughing gas time out of it. The rest of the experience wasn't too fun though.
Wash: This landing's gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
Wash: *shrug* "Oh God, oh God, we're all gonna die"?
Mal: This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

Appearently I am not able to tolerate Vicodin at all. It makes me nausous, even with food. :(

I just had my last two wisdom teeth removed today. They reffered me to a dentist who can do a general anesthetic, so they put me to sleep while they removed the lower two. There was little choice, those teeth were so deeply rooted that Novocain (however it is spelled) couldn't numb it.

But, I am glad that this drama is finally over.

That's total non-sense. They can't "try to cause pain" because it violates their Hippocratic Oath.

Good job. You've exposed Charismatic for the phony liar he is.

Some do try to get more money out of you. Mine keeps bugging me about some cosmetic work. I think I'm going to find a new dentist.

My wisdom teeth were causing too much pain so I had them extracted.  All four of them gone one the same day and I didn't pay a penny for the surgery.  My dental plan covered everything.

[color=66ff00]I had one pulled under a gen. anesthetic. It was somewhat humourous actually as the dentist asked me to count backwards from 5 when he inserted the needle. All I remember was 5, 4, ...

I woke up in my uncle's car some time later none the worse for wear. Strange thing is that I had to get down a flight of stairs to the car. I have no recollection of that though. :nervous:

Regarding Kosh and Ford's points in relation to Charasmatic's:
Taking the oath and actually keeping it are two different things. Dentistry is not the occupation of saints, I'm sure there are more than a few unscrupulous types in the business. I'm pretty sure Ford was being sarcastic though. :)

My wisdom teeth were not that bad.  They were impacted but I had them all taken out after my 19th birthday.  I was under for the whole thing so I don't really remember any pain (we had them cut out from X-ray results rather than pain, as there wasn't room for them) but I was feeling well enough that night to go to a basketball game and a concert.

I had a dream about care bears last time I had a general anesthetic.

I was, admittedly, a fair bit younger then.

Not me.  I remember part of what happened during surgery.  It was freaky.
