In Tortured Space (the mission where you find the Reikan and it's container in a nebula), I have run into a series of problems.

First, after finding the freighter, A3 claims he's going to find the container, and doesn't.  After finding the container manually, I had to call him over myelf to keep the mission running.

P3 then says we're to head back to Persistence, and immediately takes a course directly away from me at 93 and never, ever comes back.  I can't catch him in a Herc, and once he got 240kms away I figured the mission was broken.  And yes, I caught the stealth fighter in the subspace mission, so I know how to burn  

Are these known issues, and can I fix it?

Tends to happen to me a lot in that mission.  When it does I just skip it.  If you want to know what happens in the mission highlight below.

The Qetesh picks up the Farae and repairs it.  The Farae then picks up the cargo container and the Farae and Qetesh follow the Persistence when it jumps out.

Or you could try restarting the mission a couple of times.

Oh, thats it?  I didn't want to skip it in case it was, y'know, important.  Thanks for letting me know: I've pretty much seen all the mission has to offer then.  If it's a known SEXP issue, can I fix it?

At one point I found an untargettable Posieden with engines lit and no Qetesh docked.  Whats up with that?

Thanks anyway: I'll just skip the damn thing and keep going.  Soon I'll know what everyone is talking about with the Transcend/Sync links.

Don't think you can fix it.  If you really want to complete it you can just keep restarting the mission and it'll work eventually.
