I don't know what you mean by shipmodels, but new campaign and mission strings are implemented into SCP builds.

The shipmodels are in the MediaVPs.

A MediaVP is a package file which contains newer, higher quality ship models, better textures and new effects. Glow and Shinemaps included. You can download them from the Source Code Project forums.

That's rather cynical TopAce. I doubt anything of the sort would have happened the first time. It's only after the 5th or 6th silly question where it becomes obvous that someone is expecting to be spoon fed all there answers that people start getting annoyed.
