Morally degrading, so, er, no.  Poor bastards can't even get porn.  Well, they're not suppossed to anyways - but any firewall against smut is like holding up a bedsheet to block a tsunami.

Yes, it is. They can probably get it through file sharing though. Techno-piracy is one of the things China is famous for.

Sweet, I made something work. I am using 2 programs called Tor and Privoxy. Now I can see the BBC news site.
