Thanks for the attempt Trayus. Blackening the non-transparent green works but it still blots out some stars in a bit squarish way...
It is workable though... Plus I found you can't make a image no matter how High Res more than div 6/6 otherwise it deforsm way too much to be enjoyable to look at (for those not knowing the Earth shown is 2048x2048 Nasa pic)... This is just a background pcx, NOT a model... Some of us are low tech

Wanted to ask this question all day at work but forgot I was so tired...
IF I'm converting a model with say 60 textures with NO way of trimming more off (like started with 100, is there a way I can COMBINE texture maps to lower the number of maps needed?? I think you need to get them around 49 or 41 or lower right? I got dozens of models with permission to convert but they have insane numbers of textures (like from Klingon Academy)...
