It wasn't an accident. If it was, a similar sharpness/whiteness would have been applied to everything else. To get that effect on
only the eyes, you have to deliberately constrain the effect.
The disclaimer even admits that the brightness was applied to "a portion of Rice's face". What it doesn't tell you was where the portion was located.
