There is something wrong with my Flash installation.  Either that or there is something wrong with one of the GS anims.  At any rate, I can log onto the Forum just fine, but IE crashes randomly, sometimes the animations get show, but there are obviously certain ones that my install of flash doesn't like.

Any suggestions?  Just ahead of time, I don't want to have to reinstall Windows.  I just got my computer up and running again after 5 days of not working right last week.

The problem was with the adverts, I got rid of them by editing the hosts file at:

Windows 95/98/Me c:\windows\hosts
Windows NT/2000/XP Pro  c:\winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Windows XP Home c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Open the file with notepad and add a line to the end:

127.0.0.1        ads.gamespy.com

Save the file, and everything should work. Again, thank karajorma for solving this

I have a Hosts.SAM file.  But if I remember HOSTS doesn't have an extention.  Does this mean I need to make one?  BTW, IE crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to a sight with Flash Animations, example: http://www.the-underdogs.org/ .  I'll post the contents of the error report that MS gets next time it crashes.  I'll DL Firefox soon anyway.  It just irritates me to no end that IE won't work.
