Actually, this is old news, sort of.

No doubt Enterprise's recent l33tness (minus the nazis) can be traced to this.

Well, now, that's good news. Would've been great news if he had done that like 7 years ago, but still, better late than never. Manny Coto seems a competent enough guy to make the show watchable again, so, I may actually give it a shot next season.

All I know is that I turned on the tv once and there were 3 little borg kids (or I think they used to be) running around the space ship.  I was like, "Huh? when did THAT happen?"

no.  and it doesn't appear to have been quoted from a Brit either, so I'm not sure where you're getting that from.
