...... none. Unless you count various sequels. Which would be around four or five.

This wouldn't be much of a clone as much as it would still be NW, just FS Universe based, maybe few rules added and subtracted a bit. I don't know though, because I haven't put much thought into it because I don't know if anyone would play...

Okay, I'll summarize.

More or less, I'm bored and want something quick, easy, and entertaining to do in my spare time. I thought of NW, and FS, and making a new Nodewar into Nodewar: Freespace Universe edition. A timeframe or specific rules haven't been set per se, as I don't know if people would be interested or not.

For those of you now familiar with Nodewar, it's a nation (or person, whatever) based RPG where you make yur nation (through statistics and junk) and get put in a universe with other people's nations and have a go at it. Before, it was a new universe based loosely off FS, using Shivans, and Beams, and Jumpnodes. This would be a direct translation from FS, meaning someone would play As the GTA, or Ross 128, or captain of the Bastion, or whatever.

This is cooler than the other NW iterations... mostly because they are dead, and we all like FS, so it should be at least mildly entertaining, right?

The Reconstruction Era has been chosen for the timeframe in which the game will be set, unless I hear convincing argument otherwise.

A battle system and other things are being worked out now.
