i'm so happy!

i really can't complain, for the most part. unfortunately, this digs me into my OWN little 'pit', where i feel guilty. makes me feel like i'm not ALLOWED to be depressed. so, i try to make it up in the only way i know how, which can often be somewhat self-destructive. my current goal in life is to outlive two of my friends (and you know who you are), so i can make sure they never do anything stupid. then what? i don't know.

the only thing that REALLY causes damage is how i can't help but absorb any of THEIR troubles, and then they quite literally become mine. the problem is that i can envision almost any situation with almost anyone (part of the reason for rotten nightmares, methinks), so if somebody tells me about their troubles, i can imagine them almost perfectly. then i feel them. and it sucks. majorly.

all that coupled with natural depression (or unnatural...?) doesn't really make much fun-ness.

in my eyes, i'm expendable. those afor-mentioned 2 friends of mine have more right to live than me, so i'd happily defend them with nothing short of my life, since it's not important.

please, don't stop coming to me with problems... i can take them. it's not helpful, and ATM i'm under a fair amount of stress (just switched schools and all. lots to catch up on), but i'll figure SOMETHING out.

on the whole, don't worry about me commiting suicide it's probably not going to happen. i just don't care if i die, especially if i can go out protecting one of my friends, since ultimately, it doesn't matter. who'll miss me?

this isn't fishing for sympathy, this is warning you, maybe helping you understand me a little better.

Go to a children's hospital and look at all the 6 year olds dying of cancer. That'll fix you right up and put things in perpective. Aside from that, I recommend you give apathy a try.

*yawn* been there, done that. gave up religon a long time ago, and have attempted twice. nothing new.
