WebMasters-->CSS Question
   I was wondering if there's a way to give a border an "image" source with CSS. I could always just make the background an image and do it that way, but I'd rather just make the borders an image.

   With CSS I know you can change the border TYPE but I don't know about images.

Though why would you give a border to an image unless it was for a web page graphic.
It's just better to use Flash.

Heres two sites that might help (CSS):

 http://www.netpedia.com/html/css/
 http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_examples.asp

there basically the same!
