If you could command ANY type/class of ship in the FS series...

...what would it be.

I would either have a Perseus fighter or a Deimos corvette.

If it was the base FS series, it would definately be a GVD Hasethput (god why can't I spell?).

If I can choose including Inferno, the SOCv Phobos Adv!

Yup. Inferno too. And actually ANY costum ships, also.



But please include the ship type. ex: GTD Hecate

Though, I'd like to fly an Aeshma, really. I don't want to fly a capship... that seems... wrong.

The Orion Block 3 (my Orion table-hack) GTD Soyakaze.

Runner-ups were the Tribal-class frigate (my Iceni table hack) GTFf  Vandal (no fightercraft disqualification) and the Androgeos-class juggernaut AJ Minos (don't speak the langauge disqualification).

For fighters, definitely the Perseus. I love how fast the thing is and that it still has a decent missile compliment. Who needs countermeasures when you can evade anything thrown at you?

As for capships, I'd like to command either an Aeolus (every fighter pilot out there would curse my name) or a Deimos, since those things rule.

That reminds me of X2:The Threat...
There you can buy an Armada... Destroyers, Corvettes, Fighters...
You can fly everything.... And you can dock your Fighters/Bombers in an bigger ship...
You can name your ships and you can switch to a ship that is docked into your capship...

Hey... Maybe something like this will be possible with Scripting :)

if keypressed("Y") then set-player-ship("Beta 3")...
Or something like this ;)
