I'm actually sitting here shaking my head in stunned disbelief that someone could do this to children, I know it happens, but to see it stated so.... casually....

Heh, yeah, it's correct, it just looks 'wrong' like that, bullet points need capitals, it's an ease of use thing ;)

Anyway, believe me, his punctuation is waay low on my list of concerns over him...
