Whoever we determine did it will pay for it, Although there is evidence that bin Laden was responsible, it's not conclusive.  We'll just have to wait and see what the investigation determines.

That said, in every group in the world, whether they are a relogious group, or a ethnic group, or whatever, there are "good" and "bad" people. Innocents and guilty, if you will. The Palestinians are definetly not behind this. Yes, they celebrated in the streets, but they didn't have the ability to plan and carry out such an operation. Of the known terrorist groups, only Bin Laden's has the ability to have carried this thing out.

***  far i have heard there where US subs closest to Afganistan but lets not rule anything out it would not be a smart move to attack so soon,and whit out even knowing who did it.so i am real sure they didn't do it.

True, Bin Laden is the most likely candidate, but it could be anyone- America is far from universally loved, in fact is much the opposite for the most part. Maybe this is our (the Americans) collective fault for allowing the conditions where not only are people motivated to do such things, but others rejoice when they are done. For my part I agree it's the arabs giving us a last political hand gesture before their nations are obliterated by poverty, disease, and our attempts at international meddling, but I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Don't we do the same for hundreds of thousands of rape, murder, and other felony suspects all the time? The retribution many of you are speaking of isn't justice, it's a lynching!
