Not Another Computer Thread

Alright, I have an issue. I need a power supply. I have thought about getting one of these:

but there are some bad reviews

I am up for suggestions:
I need a power supply with a minimum of 500W
PCI Xpress (6 pin power connector)
A 24 pin main power connector.
A 4 pin connector for the MB.

Also I need advice on a 939 Motherboard that is AMD X2 Compatible.
