I must be an idiot or something I've been searching this site a while but I can't find a working link to download the full version of freespace two. Is there anyway I can obtain a copy via the net (too impatient for mail) any help is appreicated.

You may have to wait till next year though as at least one of the mirrors has exceeded its bandwidth. (That really sounds like a long wait until you look at the date doesn't it? )

I think it might just be down.  I was able to get in earlier, but transfer interrupted and I cant get in anymore.  I'd say trying again tommorrow would be the best bet .

Just wanted to say thanks for the info haven't had much time to play it yet but freespace 2 seems to be a great game.
Perhaps at some point I may be able to contribute to modding community thanks all!
