I am looking for a campaign that was released with the Nightmare ships in, i cant remember the name and the search function dosen't work. Does anyone know the name of it and a linky please?

It was called Reciprocity, and it wasn't released. The ships went to certain projects (apparently more than 1). There may or may not be another campaign with a similar premise in development ATM.

The Reci ships went to a campaign whose name I forget (so I don't know it's status or owt).  Some others may have picked up and used the old creaky ships from a few years back, which were publicly released.  Diamondgeezer did create a campaign using the oldest set of ships (briefly), but I don't know if he ever made it available for DL.  Also I think Su-theps' campaign may have been using them, but that's long dead now.

AFAIK there's never been a completed Nightmare campaign.  I wouldn't say there ever will be, because I still have first dibs on that race so anyone else is really working with a barely half-revealed set of ships & background.  Although it's not like I can pull an Ms and trademark 'Nightmare', natch

Solar Wars Chapter 1 (available here) uses the four released nightmare ships.

There are so many bugs in Solar Wars it's nearly unplayable  Also the context in which the Nightmare were introduced questions all the battles with the Shivans, IMO.

Now if a "Shivans vs Nightmare millions of years ago" - campaign was made, that would be very different...
