Why do I have a feeling that is a fake?  First there's the problem of simply getting the camera down to the bottom, when the people here would be at the very top of the tower.  Plus, if YOU saw a plane flying at the tower you're on, would you just keep snapping the shot of your friend?  Finally, a camera shot focused on a person should leave the plane a fair bit blurrier.  I suppose you could find out if that was the approach vector of the 1st plane, but to me it seems like a hoax done in very poor taste.

Ummmm... I know it's supposedly very windy up top, but would that dude have been wearing a knitted hat and jacket on the 11th? What was the weather like that day?

Also, those numbers look fake. They're too sharp, and I've never seen date numbers on photos that were any color but red.

Yes, I saw this a few days back as well. A few reasons I had for proposing its invalidity:

• American Arlines was the plane to hit the north tower. However, the north tower is NOT the tower with the observation deck.
• Furthermore, the observation deck that DOES exist on the south tower is enclosed in glass, rather like a large sunroom. On the other hand, the Empire State Building has an "outdoor observation deck", however, it is COMPLETELY enclosed by fencing, and is NOT open with such a small railing as displayed here.
• I have taken photography here in college, and you're correct when saying theres no way the plane would turn out that clear, especially at the rate of speed it was approaching the tower at, and at that close of range in the picture.

Indeed, someone has a sick sense of humor.

It does? I remember going there 4 years ago, the observation deck was outside. It was very windy, and there were lots of electric fences and barbed wire.

Yeah, so much stuff points out to it being fake.

But neverless... at that time of the day, were there people up on the observation deck (what time did it open)? Could something like that have been seen by the people up there?

i remember it being mentioned on the nwes that the observation deck  wasn't open at that time (a small mercy perhaps)....

viewing that first fireman video, the first plane just flew into the building like it was an autopilot error...  totally level & at crusing speed...

the second plane was at a diagonal angle...  
either the hijackers lost control, or the pilot tryed to veer at the last minute, but the hijackers turned it back...

Nope, they were 757/767s, IIRC.  Those have one per wing.

Guys, look at the date.

1. No camera uses such a font, nor in that fashion.

2. If you zoom in on the text, you can see that it was added DIGITALLY!  The plane was pasted in from a shot of a runway.

3. On the day of the attack, the weather was clear.  In the rear you can clearly see a haze.  There was no such haze on that day, and the plane is flying towards the wrong building to begin with, and at a wrong direction.
