Were I a megalomaniac trying to destroy the planet, Spitsbergen would have just become my primary target.

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

Couple of problems, assuming humankind self-destructs and we're left with 1% of the earth's population:

A) How many people would know it exists,
B) How many people would know where it is, and
C) How many people would be able to open the damn thing?

Some 120-year old hag in an underground vault in San Francisco knows where it is. Your mission is to find her. After you decipher her senile rambling, it will point to the existance of a map. You must find it. Got it? Good, now assemble a team of heavily-armed rag-tag survivors and fight your way to Norway. By now, you should be at least Level 25, and if you have wisely invested your skill points into lock-picking, opening the vault should be easy. If not, there is an alternate route, but the guardian boss is pretty tough. Carefully placed mines and focus fire will carry the day. And done! You now have access to the vault, humanity can begin rebuilding and the end cutscene plays.

Easy.

I know not with what weapons World War 3 will be fought, but World War 4 will be fought over a vault in the Arctic.

Correction: When you enter the vault you find the corpulent, putrid corpses of Michael Moore and Dick Cheney with their hands on eachother's throats. All of the seeds are oddly missing, though there are a few half digested ones in both of their mouths.

Thus humanity is doomed.

Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!
