Uh, you've got some problems with the timeline already.  Subspace wasn't discovered until 2313, not 2263.

You probably should focus on what we know for sure, then worry about expanding into the unknown.  It'll be easier that way.

im lazy & use Dreamweaver 3 to do all my web design in....i can code raw html, but cant be bothered half the time...it works - enought for me
