While a KB/Mouse would be good for some legacy apps, you can do almost everything you need with that screen.
No, you can't TYPE on it.
Yeah, I know what you're going to say-- "bu-bu-bu-
virtual keyboard! Wank wank wank!" Shut up. You simply cannot touch-type on a flat surface. It doesn't work, because you can't feel where the keys are. Even real keyboards have those little nubs on the F and J keys to help people find them by touch.
Furthermore, it doesn't even make a good mouse replacement because dragging your finger across a screen takes significantly more effort than moving a mouse, AND you obscure the screen while you're doing it, AND you're knocked down to essentially just one "button".
This screen is basically a gimmick that might have limited application in high-end graphics and design.
