How does this work, then?

There's those 12 arguments that it takes, but no real explanation of them.
For instance, are the numbers you enter for the X and Y position in terms of pixels, or percentage of the screen size? Or something else entirely?

And I apologise for starting so many threads recently, but without a search function it's what I'm having to do.

I am not sure exactly what the units are, but the problem is they are dependent on the resolution and show up in different places if you change that. I posted this on Mantis a while ago, but I don't know if it's been fixed yet.
