I don't know how many of you follow/care about/have any clue about college  basketball but I would just like to say that my boys at UConn just lost to George Mason and I am now going to crawl into a corner and curl up into a little ball for a long time.

Also, I am in mourning for my bracket because with UConn's passing, it is completely dead.

There are more Marylanders on the George Mason team than on the Maryland team. Anyways I really don't care all that much now. Duke is gone, UConn is gone, BC is gone. I'm pretty happy.

I think LSU is gonna win it. I'm really proud of Bama, even tho they only got to the second round, they still did it with a mostly new team and were plagued by injuries.

Yes! Go Gators!! <plays fight music, does arm chomp>  Glad to see there's at least one Gator here on HLP.  I may be Penn State, but my blood is Gator.  Besides, Nittany Lion basketball sucks  .

On a related note, with the fall of UConn, all of my original Final Four picks are gone.  Originally, I was rooting for Pittsburgh to win it all (supporting my brother), but now that they've come this far, I'm with you, adwight; Gators are going all the way!  Too bad for George Mason, though.  I felt good for them that they got this far.

Yeah, my boy JJ had one of the more epic collapses of this tourney.  Well, actually I guess the whole team broke down pretty handily there against LSU.  Should have beaten them really, had we played at the level we had for most of the season.  Of course, at least we actually lost a game we should have been afraid of from the start, unlike UConn who only survived three games it should have dominated.

I was rooting for Texas. It's a shame they messed it up during overtime with LSU.

Not that I follow college basketball at all, but I was still annoyed at 'Nova for not being able to get it done.  Looks like they just wore out.  Oh well, they had a heckuva season at any rate.   I'm pulling for Mason at this point, since they're in our conference.  At least one team in the CAA is capable of playing with the big boys; I think our (Delaware's) record was something like 6-25 or something.
