The Hermes-class mech, mentioned elsewhere  
 
Okay, I'm REALLY not happy with the front bit, and overall the top looks like a big globe, but that's something I've never done before. I've only done spaceship-style things. And Blender isn't exactly top dog for human-like characters.

2437 polys. Mostly on the top ball. The turrets are very low-poly for once.

Supposed to be a top-of the line battle mech, with 4 independently targeting light plasma beams and 2 rotating missile launchers. Max beam effective range 100 km, missiles are intercontinental again. Max speed 300 km/h.

Yeah whatever, I haven't played anything with mechs in it. Or watched for that matter. That's pretty much from my head, with the legs made by common sense and no skills.
