Aldo: we basically have the same stuff in our breasts that women do. It just doesn't actually work.
Given that male breast cancer makes up about 1% of all cases, I think it's fair to say there is a male-female biological difference. Male breast tissue has few if any lobules & less tissue, for example. Granted, though, it was wrong to suggest it was down to particular tissue absence (honest mistake).
How embarassing must it be to have breast cancer as a male? Imagine all the discussions.
Does anyone remeber watching "The price Is Right" way back, the announcer named Rod Roddy, or something to that effect. "Coome oonn Doowwn" was his trademark line I think. Anyway, he died of "breast cancer". I only remember it because I had never heard of a man dying from breast cancer untill I saw something on CNN's web regarding Rod Roddy's death. It specifically said "breast cancer", and it's stuck in my head every day since. "Don't end up like Rod Roddy, prevent breast cancer." No joke, but I'm sure you're laughing anyway!
