Hmm...if I recall, against all western analysis and idiocy that passes for intelligence these days, Russia is on the right track to be once again the greatest supplier.

Arms trading is huge and important for Russia. They have arms trade agency and aggressively sell their stuff to more or less whoever wants to buy it. Really big things, like newest jets and missiles, are reserved for more or less friendly or neutral countries, like India, though.
