OMG I've been out of FS2 for a couple of weeks because of the coolest thing on the internet. Bigger than Java! Its ACTIVE WORLDS! It's really cool. It's a virtual world where you can build your own website, litterally. You build a sort of building and set it so when someone enters it goes right to your website. Hundreds of people are on this every day. You can chat, play games, and create your own worlds. NO SPAM! They have these guys called Peace Keepers they patrol the 50 meter area within ground zero of these worlds. So far I have 3 buildings. Unidan's Pad, Unidan's Pad (The Club), and HLP Chat. If you guyd wanna get AW go to www.activeworlds.com  You guys have got to get this! More info later. BTW- nice renders.

Oh, if you get it, the coordinates for my place and HLP chat is AW 1S 2912W. To reach the chat walk around the yard till you find a sign that says Teleport Zone. Walk into the booth. You'll go up to the club. Then go into another booth that says HLP. See ya there.

hmmmm, I've read something about those.  Sounds like a cool idea.

Oh and Unidan if you forget something in you post you can hit the 'Edit' button in the toolbar above it and add it that way.

It's OK, you can't help it.  

Virtual worlds are crap. Virtual beehive is more accurate- you've got "WeLkOm ToO MiE HoMePaGe ThIs Is A PiCkTeR oF mIe CaT" right next to "Juanito's personal page- password required"- and 40000 others just the same. Been there, done that, would rather set fire to my webpage than get it lost in one of those things. "AW 1S 2912W" indeed- and you expect people to actually find yours or something?

Oh well, rant over. For now. Somebudy mention Windows 2000 again.

Actually I did some AW stuff ages ago, ahh yes I remember my big apartment I did up next door to James "Omega" Smith's and even helped Inquisitor set something up.

Then of course the land lord decided to bulldoze it down since some dot com company bought it out from under me despite my having the land under a "registered citizen's" status. (which prevents others from building on your owned land)

Of course I just moved my stuff to where no one can ever find it, like Lex Luthor in that Superman movie ages ago, underground!

It's not so much a virtual beehive depending on the community, the "Martian World" has a large group of people doing quality martian landsites with a global transit system, very nice...

Okay, sorry about the double post. I was hyper! Okay, Stryke 9, to get to my place they have this thing called a Teleport. Just go to the menu, click on teleport, then click on To... and enter the coordinates. Easy as that. And it's not easy to get lost. At least for me it isn't.

BTW- Ace what are the coordinates of your place?

It wouldn't be Ace's secrat hideout if I told you!  

In actuality, it's under "tourist" and so I want to protect it. I haven't registered since I don't know if that when you don't register for a second year if they reduce all of your property back down to tourist status. If they don't I'll register... if they do I'll fight the pig-dogs until the end!
