"plus size" implies "Fat person"

Plus size doesn't imply "fat" but simply means large or extra large.  It's a misconception people always have when they see "Plus Size".  Actually there are few things I would like to add about the woman in the picture.  I have to say she is a relatively big woman.  She has a bigger body frame and taller than average women (1, 2).  On top of that she certainly has a bust size that is bigger than average women's.  I am not saying that she's fat, but she is big.

If the manufacturers use my size as an average, then she will be consider as an extra large (for she's about 10 sizes larger than me).  To be honest, I don't see anything sick about using the term "plus size".  In addition, there are a series of sizes in the "Plus Size" catagory.  She could be very well the smallest in "Plus Size", but large in regulars, and the largest in "Petite Size".  The way I see it is that if you don't like "Plus Size" clothing, just don't purchase anything from the companies that label their clothes that way.  I am very sure not all the manufacturers sell "Plus Size".

One thing I do notice about the cloth sizes in the past few years, is that the measurement of the sizes have gone up.  For instance, a size 4 now is actually a lot loose than a size 4 from over half a decades ago.  The reference sizes can be slightly different among manufacturer, but I think that has got a lot to do with people getting bigger (3).

I'm probably a minorty when I think that breasts are not the point in women. Ofcourse I can enjoy the view if a nicely presented pair of titties goes by, it's in my genes for I am a male. But they are not the first thing that catches my eye. Be it A cup or friggin' D, they are a wonderful part of the female body. But adding unnatural matter in to them is wasted money, and some implants just look creepy, and are a health hazard. So ladies please, don't go upgrading your bosoms for me. A smile is much better way to enslave me.

Breasts and things are nice, but at the risk of sounding cliche, after a few years together, the physical attraction is not nearly as important to the relationship as mental attraction. Bodies are fun, but they get old, so be damn sure, in long term relationships, you're with someone who has more going for them than just a nice pair of jugs.

It's also of evolutionary benefit, so I think there will be genetic factors behind it.

The folks with the six pack worry me as well.  They are either super atheletic and it just goes with the territory or they are doing something dangerous to their body.  You have to be under 10% body fat to completely get rid of the middle area and lets face it, thats not a realistic (nor healthy in most case) goal.  Different body types require a different approach...

Just ranting myself there I guess.

with the right exercise & diet most can develop a pretty decent midriff in > or < 6 weeks, or so I'm lead to believe.

I'm 5' 10" in 10^th grade, but I'm only 130lbs, and if you were talking about Fragaria, did you notice the bra size? That's a chick your calling shot. 5' 6" is a perfectally respectable height for a woman, and only moderately short for a guy.

I don't excactly have a six pack, but I do seem to stay the same weight no matter what I eat, I'm pretty thin, but not emaciated, but can eat Cream cakes, doughnuts etc all day and not put on a gramme. I also had my teeth wired together for 6 weeks after an operation and could only eat fluids, and still finished at exactly the same weight as I started at

189 cm = 74.40 inches = 6"2.4'

kinda tall - i'm like 5"11' or about 180.34 centimeters

85 kilograms = 187.4 pounds - lighter than i - of course i've been tied to a desk for two years and i am just starting to work out again

The increase of human size is genetic linked.  The metabolic changes resulting from certain genes is thought to played a role in regulating body fat tissue.  The environment is a 'supplement' to enhance the result.
