Well, in the state's eyes at least...

I'm now an adult. Happy 18th orbit for me! :D
Now I can buy cigarettes, lottery tickets, and spray paint. And I also get to register for the draft. :doubt:

Its funny...in a certain country you can fire a gun and serve in the military before you're legally allowed to drink alchohol.

The UK for example, you can join up at 16(IIRC), but can't drink till 18.

It's actually the same way in a lot of states in the US. The drinking age has gone back up to 21 in many of them.

Probably because people were sniffing it (fumes) or something.  Or obviously the whole graffiti thing.

well, congrats. you can get everything i can get here now at the age of 16...
apart from cigs, i can get both lottery tickets and spraypaint legally....


what's the price of spraypaint out there? here its around... $8 per can? (montana sprays)

'bout the spraypaint: yes a lot of dumb kids are sniffing stuff like paint, glue, cleaner, etc. so now you have to be 18 to buy it. Of course, even back when I was 16, if I just grew a beard no one would check me for stuff like that.
