Jolly good show! It was a bad idea, badly conceived and would have cost the tax payer millions if not billions of pounds and would not have worked!

Wow, they really fumbled this one, didn't they.....

:D Yup, they only realised something that has been told to them for the last 3 years, buy why listen to your own experts when you can waste millions of pounds of taxpayers' money to find out exactly the same thing?
