Jolly good show! It was a bad idea, badly conceived and would have cost the tax payer millions if not billions of pounds and would not have worked!

Yep. Looks like at least something has gone right. Hell even a delay would just give us more time to show what a crappy idea this is :)

Wow, they really fumbled this one, didn't they.....

:D Yup, they only realised something that has been told to them for the last 3 years, buy why listen to your own experts when you can waste millions of pounds of taxpayers' money to find out exactly the same thing?
