Fade-out SEXP not fading....
The fade-out SEXP is doing something..... odd. The only thing that turns the proper color is the black space. Stars, nebs, ships, all remain exactly the same. To illustrate: Screenies....

When fade-out color is set to "red":

See the problem?

I'm running a 3.6.8 FRED build and a 3.6.9 FS2 build.

Yeah i cant get these to work, although i've opened missions from Transcend and JAD and looked at the SEXPS and copied them operator for operator. Nothing.............(im on latest builds before any Q's come up)

Re: Fade-out SEXP not fading....
Could it be video card/driver related?

When I played the JAD mission, in D3D it went white instantly and I couldn't see anything... with OpenGL it worked fine.  (ATI R9800 Pro Mobility, using 'Mobilised' drivers)

Re: Fade-out SEXP not fading....
They would be a Sathanas-class Shivan juggernaut, the one right in front of it is an Iblis-class Shivan destroyer, and an Androgenos-class Ancient juggernaut. The very pretty nebulas were done by Singh.

OpenGL.... I suppose I could try using that.

You know what, I kinda made that cutscene work even with the bizarre effect. I'll want fade-outs in other cutscenes I make so I'll try fixing it anyway.

Re: Fade-out SEXP not fading....
Well what do you know.... Open GL did it. It catches on some other parts... and made the nebulas look more liquid, but for the most part works well.

Yeah, in case you hadn't heard, D3D isn't going to be fully supported now, so don't expect it to work
